By using QRcodgen, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Acceptable use

You will not use QRcodgen to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, or distribute harmful content (e.g., malware, phishing). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

3. Accounts and organizations

Accounts are managed by Clerk. Organization owners are responsible for member access and permissions. Keep your credentials secure.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid features (e.g., dynamic QR, analytics, custom domains) are billed per plan. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Taxes may apply.

5. Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with laws and third-party rights.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures as outlined on our Securitypage.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRcodgen disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify material changes via the site or email. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
